SELF-HEALING QI GONG
Self-Healing Qi Gong is a self-regulating technique, a series of simple exercises that address each organ system of the body.
While many Qi Gong exercises are designed for general health improvement and maintenance, Self-Healing Qi Gong is specifically therapeutic.
All disease begins with a small imbalance. Self-Healing Qi Gong helps to correct imbalance by addressing the 5 elements or different organ systems that are the foundation of Traditional Chinese medicine.
Self-Healing Qi Gong consists of five movements:
- Liver cleansing
- Heart circulating
- Stomach strengthening
- Lung/immunity boosting
- Kidney fortifying
The advantage of this system is twofold: It provides people with basic tools that empower them to help themselves, and the effects are immediate.
For example, if a person gets into a heated argument and becomes so upset that they can’t calm down, they feel nervous, or have a headache, and can’t eat… that person can practice the liver cleansing movement which will drain the anger away within minutes.
When you practice the exercises on a regular basis you become more attuned to and accountable for your own health.
Next semester begins September 28, 2024

We never encourage anyone to stop or alter their western medicine treatments. Instead, we encourage a supportive approach based on the western science of Epigenetics.
Epigenetics proves that what we think or believe effects our cells… immediately. Therefore, let’s be proactive and empower our doctors and our medicine.
LET’S HAVE A GOOD HEALTH PLAN AND PLAN ON BEING HEALTHY.
